The manufacturing process is a simple one. Clean the glass and apply double sided tape around the edges of one sheet, then position the second sheet on top. Calculate the quantity of resin required from the instructions we provide. Place a specially designed funnel between the two sheets and pour the resin. Remove the funnel and seal the opening. Level the resin and allow to cure.  With practise, the preparation and pouring can take as little as 15 minutes. The curing time will depend on the size of the laminate and is discussed in the detailed instructions.
